Let us introduce ourselves. We are a recently formed non-profit organization in Galt, California. Our organization, The Ed Waldo Children's Fund, started in May 2007 when our close friend Eddie Waldo, a single father of three children, passed away suddenly. Many of Eddie's close friends organized the First Annual Eddie Waldo Benefit Fishing Derby as a benefit fundraiser for Eddie's children. It was then we felt the desire to form a non-profit organization in order to provide financial assistance to under priviledged children such as personal medical care, educational assistance and personal living expenses.
